This box had a rattle to it, I was really worried so opened to check it was ok, (the lid had come off and was causing the rattle) the issue is that I was clumsy when I opened the box and tore the cellophane and the lid of the outer box, so have reduced this one down. The actual spray inside has never been sprayed so is still brand new.

At first, the smell is thick and woody, with warm amber giving way to the sweet and spicy scents of cinnamon and cardamom. A spicy oriental fire starts with these top notes. It wakes you up and makes a warm, welcoming explosion that gets your attention. By adding benzoin, this gets more complex, giving it a balsamic edge that is both old and new, like the best Eastern perfumes.

A dense blend of cashmere wood and heliotrope makes up the heart. It gives the scent a soft, almost airy depth. Smoky tobacco gives it a strong, confident, and interesting smell that makes it smell like a man. Jasmine adds a soft delicate lift. This layer in the middle wraps the user in a warm, fragrant cocoon that shows off strong refinement.

As the smell dries down, the less sweet base notes show up. Tonka bean and vanilla give skin a long-lasting smooth sweetness with a hint of nuttiness. Patchouli gives the scent a deep, earthy quality while also making it clean and sensual. It's hard to stop smelling the dry-down, and it leaves a long-lasting trail that shows power in silence.
